Remove Discretionary Team

SGM only fills one, maybe two servers at peak peak times.

Yes, capping the staff is stupid. This isn't a staff team where they're being paid to work in shifts, therefore will leave time open for servers not to have staff in it. Staff teams need whatever amount of people that are qualified and efficient to do the work. When you cap the staff team, you allow a lesser amount of efficient staff. Not everyone staffs the same, I get the time cap, but even then it should be lesser. There was more than many capable applicants several times during my tenure, and it sucked knowing they'd have to wait for a position to open to get a spot. The staff team will never outnumber the players, and who cares if there's more than one staff on in a server. The more, the more efficient it can be. Gotta fill the spots where staff might be less likely on.
