I would pick @Theinkern because I think he would be easy to convince, kind of like - "Ok Ink, we will just run in there and go HAM on them and win this early", mean while, when Ink start's running in, I turn around and use the distraction to go off and hide to wait it out.

 

Easy. Hawkeye. He never misses and the arena has bows in it. However, he isn't super overpowered like other superheroes.
