The downsite about a rank for people is that they still need to take proof and stuff to act out punishments. So that said it is either back to the PTmod idea which most likely will not be restarted. Or we keep on these seas we are right now and hope some people of those hours that staff is rare will apply for a position.
If you really are having this issue just become a staff member so you can rdm them back without the risk of getting banned
