ranks [forums only]

Lets say someone has vip, bronze, and emerald. They want to have the emerald colored name on forums but it defaults to vip color. I want to make it possible to choose what color/rank your name is. An argument might be 'what about mods' and my answer to that would be 'make mods not have interchangable ranks.' This would be nice for all the players with dr and mc and ttt ranks changing them every once in a while to show off their ranks. If this happens tho make a 12 hour waiting period to change the rank color because some people would get confused by the ranks changing every minute or something. Thanks.
