Why you should be unbanned:

Because when i first set this picture for my spray i asked a mod or admin (i dont remember it was nearly 2 weeks ago) if my picture was considered porn or not and they said no it wasnt so i set it as my spray permanently ive been using it for a week+ and i recently just got banned for 24 hours ill change it once i get back on but i was told it didnt count as porn because its just skin there is no sexual organ showing just skin​

this is the picture which i understand could be considered porn which is why i asked a mod when i got on the first time i set it as my spray if it was okay because i know garrys mod servers are usually strict but ive been using it for weeks and havent had a problem with milo/french toast/ and 2 other admins who have seen it and have just laughed and continued playing ​

After further investigation: your claim of defense has been validated. Due to this you'll be un-banned shortly. Although, keep in mind your current spray is still considered pornographic imagery, as it wasn't intended for education - instead, vulgarity. Because of this, I've received a complaint from another player, who will remain anonymous.

I advise changing your current spray to an image that doesn't contain such explicit imagery to prevent future offense. If you disregard my warning, your next offense will be extended to one week.
