how about a weapon that amplifies your outgoing damage by 100% and incoming by 5% for 8 seconds?

 

That's a ridiciolous amount for such a little inconvinience that can be easily negated through armor.
Additionally the idea of having a T with double damage and with a gun such as the jackhammer is pretty scary.

 

I agree. You could just grab an mp7 and be unstoppable.

 

but... strategy
