Hello @Pikachu. I went back to my screenshots, you had two valid reports on you.

I could not find the third kill in my screenshots, so I had to go back through old logs to make sure.

However, there was also a third player that was present in that frag grenade, which did not file a report against you. Which had led to your Mass RDM x3 ban.
