I am looking to finally build my own PC since I recently got a job. This what my friend recommended me for a build. My budget is $400-$600 https://pcpartpicker.com/list/C7n6zM If you have any recommendations please comment them. I already have a monitor.

I ain't spending $12,599 on a graphics card. Can you actually give me a recommendation and not a overpriced graphic card.
plsdonthatemestakkuu This is stakkuu's build, well was. (might help you) https://pcpartpicker.com/user/stakkuu/saved/#view=2RkQ7P
In your part list, you have the old model of the Seagate Barracuda 1TB. The newer one is not only better, but cheaper: https://www.amazon.com/Seagate-Barr...F8&qid=1499567027&sr=1-3&keywords=seagate+1tb. Everything else seems pretty good and I wouldn't change anything else. Ryzen 5 provides great value and you don't wanna cheap out on your PSU (not only for efficiency and safety, but future capacity for any upgrades).
but galaxy doesn't have that low of a budget man Overall the build is pretty good, but you could get cheaper. Also non modular PSU? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/kG64WX Small changes that I believe could lead to a pretty good build, but im a fukin moron when it comes to this so ya
What do you guys think of this keyboard? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016Y2BVKA/ref=psdc_172487_t2_B019ICERYK
It's pretty good considering it also includes a mouse and has a low price. However, if you're looking only for a keyboard that isn't mechanical, here's one from Corsair: https://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/electronics/402051011/ref=zg_b_bs_402051011_1.
Well you don't get all the cosmetics with the free version. Think about that when you tryna make a pink overlay
lmao don't go with a Pentium processor please, that's = to putting a potato for a gaming PC CPU If anything I like the build so far, buuttt I kinda prefer Intel better. But hey AMD has really good gaming CPU's and that one you have is pretty good. Also for Virus protect >AVG >Maleware Bytes. (You're going to need it, Norton and those others shit "anti"-virus programs are horrible) Also the GTX 1050 Ti is a much better pick than what you have there as a GPU... Also when did RAM chips go up in price? Good god, anyway don't bust 79$ on 8GB of RAM when you can bust https://www.amazon.com/Gloway-2400M...8&qid=1499578862&sr=8-4&keywords=8gb+ram+ddr4 for 50$ and the same amount of RAM Overall my opinion. EDIT: Also uh if you can still find it, GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB DDR5 is out there for 120$. Idk if they actually fully raised the price now, but I got mine for 120$ Look on Amazon, they have pretty good deals with the GTX 1050 Ti that're brand new and also sold by EVGA/Nvidia.
Free version is good as well. The full version does extra things p much. Just beware what you download and always scan your dl before you open them I was recommendin the free version anyway
AVG isn't the best... you should try Bitdefender AV Free as it has a better anti-virus engine than AVG. Heck, even try Avast.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KdbwQV perfect build (jokes as its my current build and expensive) and for AV use Kaspersky + Malwarebytes Use the 1050ti over the RX560
