Not showing rank in-game

I purchased Gold rank earlier this year, I beleive it was a special for lifetime gold rank. in the past few weeks i've started to play on the server again, but my rank isnt showing ingame but it is on my profile on the forums. And when I try to re-purhase the rank, I wont allow me because it says that I already have an active rank. If I could get any help on fixing this issue, that would be great.

 

There have been no specials for life time gold, you probably did the monthly subscription.

i would recomend canceling your subscription, then try buying it again

I would halt putting in another order before contacting @Highwon over the forums or over steam, as inactive ranks showing up isn't something you can fix without him helping you.
