Disagree. It is quite intelligible and the title in pointshop would clear it up for anyone who couldn't tell what was being said. I don't see it needing a lot of context because the point is to be funny; no one needed context for "Unacceptable!". Plus, it could gain a lot of context in use, such as when a group of people VCing get jihaded. Add to that the cool factor of where it comes from, and it would be quite the giggle. The reload is noticeable, but not obnoxious, and I am sure we have somebody here who could pick it apart with a sound editor. Also, as @BelgiumsFinest™♣ said, it could be a nice touch to the jihad sound. I agree that the deagle reload sound is a bit too noticeable, especially for a jihad sound. Otherwise, it's a good clip lol.
