The newton launcher is rarely used and compared to my old server has a very slow fire rate since it only fires by releasing the charge. I see two ways to improve it and make a better option for Ts. You could make it fire by left click without losing charge as it did on my previous server having a fire rate similar to scouts. Or an upgrade in the point shop to decrease charge time and allow you to shoot faster.
Pointshop upgrade up to 40% or so faster. Too fast would make it too op. But i would like it to be a bit faster.
