New ratings (important & you tried)

So I was thinking about ratings we could find useful... and I have a XenForo license sitting... so I went ahead and tested them.

1. Important. I think this one is kinda obvious. If you think something is important, rate it so.




2. You tried. For those times someone tried... and well... they just need that special star.




Shown in sprites menu, how they're implemented is entirely up to Highwon if he uses them.
