There's already a function to mute a player's voice chat in tab, but can we have one for text chat? It'd mostly be for the infrequent message spammer, or scripter spamming private messages, but there'd be no in-game advantages other than being able to read KOSes etc without them being lost in confusion. Also could help stop a ghoster from repeatedly spoiling stuff (don't know they're ghosting till you read it, but it's hard to ignore) when there are no staff to combat it. But mostly it's to just block the people who are being rude or obnoxious when no mods can be available/arsed to join just to warn a kid. You'd miss out on KOSes called by them, but I'd take that over being spammed at. And it could be an option by right-clicking their name in tab, similar to pms and Steam IDs
