Rejected More prop power for donator+ ?

Well I've been thinking,and I thought that the prop possession mechanic could do with a bit of a boost for donators & above.
For example either faster recharge,more "oomph" with each blow or both would be great with the amount of increase going up depending on what donator class you are in...there would of course be rules such as you can't kill players with props but I think all our donators are mature enough to handle that rule...other than that it allows you to pass the time by flying round racing each other and crashing into barricades.
