I'm not asking for anything that's super in depth but is it possible for any current mod or admin or lead to make a course of the basics of moderating?
there is stuff in the staff forums to teach new mods about their commands, punishments, etc. the admins of tmods would be doing all the teaching anyways.
theres already an indepth trial mod guide, then theres ya know a trial mod phase where they learn first hand, then upon promotion their admin will direct them to the large amounts of resources available in the staff forum section, everything is covered
theres nothing to worry about at this stage at least for regulars. Theres stuff you’ll be taught if you make it to a tmod phase.
Yeah i'm creating something like this. The idea is to give a basic introduction to how to handle reports, using examples. I've completed recording for the first part, but not the second part.
Um if u can tell I'm pro player. Knowing such things would help many people understand how the staff enforced the rules and if they are bending any of them.
ime if you used any type of guide besides mango or carned's ORIGINAL pastebin, you are shit tier and probably will barely make it out of t phase.
