I have no idea why I was banned, I had gotten 1 or 2 rdm claims towards me yesterday, but I replied to them and they were all incidental as far I saw it​

As you can see you killed kappaboy for not testing, which (if you weren't aware of) is not allowed. People could have various reasons to refuse testing and that's why it is considered a kill on suspicion.
Now considering the fact I did not respond to your appeal for a long while and your pretty much clean history, I will be Accepting and Voiding your ban.
