    So I think once a someone applies to be a mod/admin/lead admin the community should have final say in if they actually become said mod/admin/lead admin by vote. Also I think mod/admin/lead admin should have limited terms before they would have to reapply for their positions.

    we have ass mods that literally do jack fucking shit and get nothing done and we also have mods that are just there and rarely if ever get on and if they do its just to meet their required time

    I saw no revolution to create a democracy. But also absolutely not lmao, we do not need it to be a popularity contest to see who gets to permaban who. And considering all countries can't even be 100% sure their election system is safe from duplicates/fake votes, I doubt an online community could do it. so - 1

    As much as I don't like many of the mods and clash with them, no. Look at where the U.S. government is.

    Yes, they are strict and many do need to get the sticks in their asses OUT for fucks sake, but they do get the job done. It's not the greatest, but its not as bad as it was was 2 years ago with Lion either, which was significantly worse.

    I do think the mods and admins need to take feedback from the community, that way the system is mostly secure and valid, but still hears out the community in some form.

    Just my 2 cents.

    Only Moderators apply for their position. Lead Admins pick their Admins, and Highwon picks the Lead Admins. Both depending on who is the best candidate for the position at the time.

    I might be biased, but this would be pretty damn annoying. I made it evident when I became Lead Admin that I had/have several long term plans for the community, some of which are VERY close to being realized. Such frequent changes in Leadership would only serve as a detriment to the community, as everything being worked towards is flip-flopped and abandoned every time someone new gets switched in with a different idea.

    Rejected.
