Make dragunov scope consistent with the other scopes

Hello I've noticed that the dragunov scope is for some reason stuck in the old zoom sensitivity which makes it really wacky to use because every other scope has faster zoom sensitivity.

pls make all scope sensitivities same.

yeah the legacy mode thingy, whatever, is such a mess its just buggy and its still buggy if the changes are turned off

 

There's a whole bunch of bug fixes on the dev branch that make snipers a lot better to use. One of them is this suggestion. You'll see it soon on the PTS once it launches.
