Macro for another game (Pls help!)

I am making a macro for another shooter. However, that game has the cursor not constantly resetting to the center. This makes it impossible to make my character always turn to the right, for example. It will always go to the exact angle directionwise and not the angle from my character itself. In gmod I could make it so I always turn right quickly, but in this game if I turn right enough then it will sometimes make me turn left instead. Is there any way to make it so It always makes me turn right in this game using autohotkey?
