I'm pretty sure it's not a glitch, but rather i'm barred from using it. But I can't access it. May I have access once more please?

I had no idea I wasn't allowed to use red text. My apologies for that

 

You were told by me multiple times to stop using red text by myself. Red text is only used for announcements like East 2 is staff less and so forth.

 

I promise you I only saw it after I was already banned from it's use.
