    Anywho, I am genuinly surprised that you come here asking for help, yet are a dick to all who try to help you.


    You still have not restarted steam, according to this list. Try it, and see if it fixes it.

    I don't get any girls at all in my life to use my dick physically, so the only way I can use it is over the Internet mentally. :'<

    >Cleared all Internet related files using CCleaner
    >Restarting my Modem Route

    Okay, maybe try this.


    Go into your STEAM directory. Thank you @Pacifist for helping me with getting this.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam

    Scroll down a bit, and you will see a file named "CLIENTREGISTRY.BLOB". I want you to delete that. Once you delete it, restart steam, not your computer. If you dont know how, you can do so by right clicking on the icon on the taskbar and clicking "Exit Steam". That will completely log you out of steam and allowing you to restart. Once you get back into steam, load up GMOD and see if that helps.
