Realistically? SGM has ultimate jurisdiction. They can ban you for anything at anytime. Platform or medium does not matter. Generally, SGM will only moderate things within its sphere of influence. What does that mean? Generally SGM will not ban you from its services for actions committed on other services. That is not the rule, however, as being a toxic asshole outside of SGM can still lead to you being banned from SGM, given the severity. So basically, the correct answer is: SGM has jurisdiction over its servers, and can ban you from those servers for any reason, whether that reason relates to the server or doesn't, but generally you aren't going to be banned for shit that takes place outside of SGM.
