Rejected Jihad Upgrade: Blessing

There's a small percentage of surviving a jihad. That percentage increases with every upgrade.

The point of a Jihad is an explosion that's on you (suicide bomb). You don't need to survive it, if you want bombs that you can survive, just use C4

 

I think he means that the other people have a small chance to survive, each upgrade/Blessing will make the Jihad stronger
