Rejected Jihad Player Notification

    Would it be possible to have a Jihad notification over a T buddy? It would be kinda like the C4, Death Station, Trip Mine, etc... They're a lot of complaints when a T gets RDM'd by his fellow T and this can help to stop that.

    This would be great actually, and also a chat notification, maybe make that player have more sparks than innos can see to be able to hide.
