Sure they all are less active than Vanilla, but they are far from dead or anywhere close to the point, where it would make sense to close em.

When I do play I play modded. Vanilla is popular because children can play it without having to download shit.
Look at how short those spikes are. Its populated that much for literally only minutes to an hour, probably because a server has crashed and everyone was moved there automatically
according to my measurements of those graphs, the maximum populated time represented on the (west) graph is approximately 43.7 minutes. Except for two occurences on the far left, and mid-right, in which the server was populated for some 3 hours.
