Answered Is this classed as mass rdm X7?

    Guy on eu 2 shoots explosive barrel which launched another one to us and killed 7 including the guy who shot it. Would that count as mass rdm? (he didnt shoot the one that got launched it blew up cuz of the first one)

    He's still liable for the deaths since he technically caused the death of people from doing a reckless action that could have been avoided.

    So yeah, Mass RDM (4+)
