Is it weird to go alone to the cinema?

I mean, I've never been to the cinema alone but - why not? You can't talk during 90% of the time anyways.

 

i'd be surprised if you even go to the cinema

 

i went alone cause none of my friends wanted to go opening day of end game. it feels very awkward when surrounded by nobody you know.

 

I go to a lot of movies alone because I watch just about every movie that comes out and my friends usually don't wanna pay all that munnie lol.

 

why would it be weird

 

Nah i can't imagine myself going alone, that would just make me sad. I prefer to watch movies at home alone and at cinema with friends.

 

I would never go to a cinema alone. I have way too much anxiety for that.

 

Okay I just went to the cinema alone for the first time, new Star Wars. It was great but also a little unusual. Nobody to talk shit about the Ads etc.
But then the movie started and it was lit - you can focus 100% on the movie and make up your own opinion about it.
That being said, I would do it again. And go see the new Star Wars!

 

I went by myself to see Far from Home and it wasn't that full of a cinema so it was liberating and enjoyable.
