    A shoots B but B does not shoot A back. Is B GBA?

    Rationale: I have seen A shot B with several rounds (automatic weapons) but then stopped shooting suddenly. B knew but did not shoot back at A. I proceed to kill both and both were traitors, cause my explanation was that A shot his T buddy B by accident, hence A stopped shooting at B and B did not shoot back at A.
