I don't know if it was solved or not but i thought it was. I did do a appeal which @Fear☠ accepted and reduced

 

That evidence has nothing to do regarding my ban. I got evidence from B5 and Skycraft, not from Nuketown.

 

The ban that was reduced by fear was from 12/16, the video is from during the Christmas event (in the demo players are asking why some have santa hats and some don't as well as a player having a new christmas event exclusive skin), which would have been after that ban had expired. Judging by last seen dates from some of the players present, it would seem that it was most likely from 12/26

 

That can't be true cause i wasn't online playing during 12/24 - 12/27
