player A throws a discombobulator, but player B using the magneto stick to toss it and causes someone to die.
    1) Who’s responsible for death, or it depends on the situation?
    2) same question about incend/frag.

Historically, this has been treated on a case-by-case basis with an admin weighing in.
Reason being that player B does not directly damage - but player B can be the reason the damage happens.

Player A of course does need a valid reason for the nade, but in this situation:
If player A would have damaged a given player regardless, player A is responsible for that damage.
If player A would not have damaged a given player, player B is responsible for that damage (meaning B needs a reason).

    Why?
When player B moves the grenade, he changes the target (area) of the grenade. Effectively making it 'his' grenade, and making him responsible for the people it hits in the new area.

Again, the outlines above is a generalization and may not always apply. Intent can also be an important factor.
