Do you have the ability to burn a bootable CD / dvd / usb? You could use Hirens Boot CD. Or you could / should just reinstall windows.

 

Doing it in safe mode is hard because of registry and other but i'll give some.

Try to use Task Manager just Ctrl+Alt+Delete and click the processes tab to find the Trojan if you found some try to search it on google for help.

Find the program you last installed and remove it. if you can't remove the program use safe mode
Try system restore.
