The actual Jihad sound would be from 0:50 to 0:54 but there is a potential taunt for it at 0:16 to 0:18.
SS2's models are notoriously blocky; it's actually supposed to be a pump action shotgun that doesn't have a pump animation yet still has the sounds for pumping...? The smaller tube under the barrel is the shell magazine, which in this game reloads like a standard box mag, loading all 10 shots at once, also the main ammo type you find for it are slugs, which makes it more like a rifle...The entire weapon in the context of the game is confusing. While I'm here, I'll rate this +1 because it's a classic and the distorted voice would be kind of frightening.
