Im only asking bc there isnt a set time limit or anything.

Everyone has different reaction times. If we make it something like 5 seconds that too long but 1-2 seconds is incredibly short.

Although in reality nobody would be counting in their head while doing this

EDIT: Unless there is a set time limit, there will be alot of wrong reports bc if the staff members reaction time is even at the avg level they will have a very biased mind when dealing with reports. If the staff member thinks that the reported player should have had enough time to react, but he actually didnt then yeah

We think about it. Did they have enough time to react?

    Yes: GBA
    No: Not GBA

It’s based on whether there is just a reasonable time to react or not. This is based off of old reports where there was times where people were literally shooting people at the same exact time as the T-act, and then GBA was used an excuse.

Staff are absolutely more than capable of judging whether or not there was enough time to actually react with this in mind, and an “exact” time isn’t needed.

This has been a rule for.. nearly a year now? And as far as I’m aware- there haven’t been any issues. If this is incorrect, feel free to make a report or contact an admin if this is not so.
