You'll go to store firstly. Then, you should see all your ranks. (If you have a permanant rank below your VIP+) Otherwise, there should be a button on the left column to remove the subscription.
Your active subscriptions should be listed in the left hand column of the Store page when you're logged in. There should be a cancel link right next to the subscription that you can click to cancel it.
