No need for people to have one more way they can bitch and complain about staff. Also, some servers can be completely fine without staff; a staffless server shouldn't dictate whether or not you hop to it.
People already backseat moderate, and while a staffless server doesn't dictate what server you go on, it does help to know whether there's justice in a server or not. Mango said in his first point that we have the server list for mods, so troublemakers already have a way to target staffless servers if they so wish. Besides, more people know about the server list than the !hop list, so overall it's an improvement.
