Can you be killed for GBA when you saw someone doing a T act but there was no way for you specifically to confirm if it was T act or not? Example in dolls on the very top of the shelf with books: Player A is nearby to Player B and sees Player B shoot into vent but Player A is not in position to see if anyone is actually in the vent where Player B is shooting(Player B has an angle deeper into vent). Player C comes fully out of vent just after, fully knowing Player B shot him and kills Player A for GBA. (Idk because Player A is standing still while Player B is not so hes easier shot) Legit kill or RDM?
It would be a Kill on Sus since Player A does see Player B shooting but not what at, since just shooting isn't traitorous unless it's near people and Player C came out but since Player A never saw if Player B shot near Player C (damaged or not since he could've been damaged beforehand) since Player B could've shot the roof or another part of the vent not near Player C.
In that situation, you can clearly see that even though the T act happened, player A did not witness the T act (since simply shooting is NOT a T act, but shooting towards players is) because of physical obstruction (the vent), player A cannot be killed for GBA. Player C RDM'd player A because there was no way he could witness it, and thus could not act, making him immune to GBA from player B shooting another player. You need hard evidence of the fact that player A did not witness the event, of which are outlined in the extended rules made by Opalium: turning away after seeing is not an obstruction; facing the back or down is not one either. However, a physical wall (the vent in this case) is. You just simply use Opal's guidelines to determine if GBA is applicable.
