I'm happy to bring a little bit Nintendo in this server, or should I say Mario?
The Builder Mario doesn't only look cool, it's also fun to see a Mario shooting around.
I would categorize it to the VIP skins, because it's not the best one, and the VIP skins are not the best.

Not for TTT please. The hitbox would be absurd. There's a reason why most (if not all) of our skins are humanoid shaped and don't have any anime or cartoony shapes on TTT.

Sorry, but no.... I've had this before on a TTT server... It was absolute no. -1

 

I played on a server who had this, it was really hard to shoot them.
