Fix the m249

I’m tired of getting screwed over by veterans in this community who use the SL and AK. I’m just a simple man who loves using the m249, reminds of a scene in a war film about the war in the gulf and how some marines wasted a whole town, Samuel L jackson was in it.

Just buff m249 to make it have ak damage, hksl recoil, and rifle accuracy.

this buff will honestly save this community from heading down the road of self destruction.
