@ken What mods are you running? I just got my 1070 a little while ago and I installed a few mods for my Fallout 4 but it's not nearly that gorgeous. I'd appreciate if you shared ^.^
Has anyone spent any reasonable time on the DLC yet? I've got it but never played it as the main game left a bad taste in my mouth.
Far Harbor and Nuka World have better quests than the main game is the general consensus, FH reminds me of the FO3 island DLC, I got the Season pass for £22 on Kinguin so im sure ill get value.
these are all my currently enabled mods, so they should all work together for you guys; keep in mind you need a pretty above average pc to run all of these and still have it be enjoyable ive been switching around using a couple different environment overhauls and enb shaders, these are my favorite and are the ones i was using in those screenshots regrowth overhaul vivid weathers fallout 4 hd reworked enhanced blood textures valkyr female face and body rework the eyes of beauty wearable backpacks fr4nssons light tweaks all weapons hd pipboy 4k retexture immersive mouth and teeth these two shader mods i switched periodically, you cant have both on at once and i personally like the realistic reshade the most, but i was using stalker lights in the screenshots stalker lights realistic reshade this is a different grass overhaul that i started using after these screenshots, you can use it together with regrowth GRASSLANDS these are my favorite non-graphical mods that really enhanced my experience lowered weapons armorsmith extended armor and weapon keywords combat armor color swaps (im using polymer to darker shadowed) CROSS jetpack K-9 harness NCR ranger armor wasteland sniper NVGs/tactical eyewear craftable armor size place workbenches anywhere campsite more armor slots valentine retexture better female hairstyles improved map with visible roads famous people character presets M14 standalone rifle see through scopes M2216 standalone (m16) deluxe makeup pinups of the wasteland (kinda nsfw i guess) use these two together visible weapons holstered just holstered weapons settlement mods better settlers basement living homemaker locked settlement doors place anywhere settlement management software settlements expanded starlight drive in lights on
Man that formatting I use quite a few of these myself and they just transform the game in my opinion.

Been trying to find a game to play, probably going to go back and mod Fallout 4 and make a fresh save.
@ken Im confused as to how the equipping thing works, to my understanding i have to use "fake equipping" from the chem menu and it doesnt actually show your holstered weapon?
yeah sadly it just adds a fake visual effect of a holstered weapon depending on which you chose from the chem menu. still looks cool, i always have a sniper on my back, a sacrificial knife on the left and a .44 on the right
After saving Nick, Piper and I took a trip to hunt down and kill kellog. He happened to be storing some sweet NCR armor from the Mohave, after that the BoS decided to show off their big dicks by flying in all fancy like. Tomorrow I plan to do some side quest/exploring and possibly start the Robot building DLC.
Piper decided she doesnt like robots we started off by farming but the weather was bad We then got a little lost After surviving a foggy night and many raider and gunner encounters we made it to a train station Now Piper is bitching about needing better guns and armor (even though her coat retexture mod is sweet!) so we're heading into Lexington to clear it out. Writing this like im actually playing there makes me wish I could lets play. Also i need a invisible HUD mod before i load back up today.
This is kinda an old thread. But I need to voice my opinions. I personally dislike F4 as a fallout game and fan. As a GAME ITSELF it is fun, buggy in traditional Bethesda style. But fun. It's a shitty ROG though, and like Skyrim, extremely casual-ified. This I dislike. I will still play and enjoy it. But not as much as F3 and most of all, NV. Although the shooting is SO MUCH FUCKING BETTER.
