I don't see why I should get banned without a final warning when SinisterSpoon was heavily instigating.
At least ban SinisterSpoon too since this is absolutely not the first time that he has called me a stalker and he knows it.​

Unfortunately I did not screenshot my second warning, so I will have to hold off until this evening for deciding both a verdict for this appeal and to look into sinister spoons history, as the logs will refresh by then.

Ehm no that's not how it works, you can't just say 'I fucked up on screenshotting my evidence, so I'm going to keep you banned'. Since you have no evidence of your second warning, this ban is invalid until you retrieve it.
EDIT: Apparently it does which is very much bullshit.

 

Our shoutbox logs refresh periodically during the day. I'm able to grab evidence once those update, and set a verdict to this appeal. I did you the courtesy of letting you in the know of why it's going to take a little bit for me to respond.

 

TBH, it's not a courtesy, it's just you doing your job, anything less is bad. People deserve to know why it's taking so long.

Weird. Ted has actually messed up on a report against you but i didn't complain. If you also hadn't screenshoted that out of context for the last one I wouldn't be banned but whatever. You were banned for a reason and thats because you freaked out. You're actually lucky for getting away with those screenshots that you posted in shoutbox and the way i see it being called a stalker is the least worst thing that could have come from that. Maybye if you weren't so thin skinned then you wouldnt be banned right now. Get real for once. Talk to your crush or something man i dont give a fuck. Get real for once and live a good life. This is a forums page.
Also whilst your at it become better at insults. Jesus christ you couldnt roast someone if they were covered in gasoline.

I investigated SinisterSpoon's history, and assigned a punishment of similiar length for the actions he committed due to my findings. Since this shoutbox ban will roughly expire in a few hours, I see no reason to accept this appeal.

I expect both you and @SinisterSpoon to learn from these punishments and alter your behavior accordingly. If you have any questions, feel free to PM here on the forums.
