    Why you should be unbanned:
    because i didnt break any rules.
    voca said the spray was disturbing other players, i asked everyone in the server if it was disturbing, they all said no.
    so i placed my spray up again.

    am now banned for 224 days, over a simple disagreement about whether a spray is disturbing or not.

    everyone in the server said it wasnt desturbing, and apparently according to a buddy, after i got banned, there were people actually asking Voca to unban me.

    this happened on the vanilla 24/7 minecraft TTT server.​
    Evidence of Innocence:
    all of the above information is my evidence, you could probably go onto the server right now and ask anyone, even a vip player named gavvy, who spoke OUT LOUD before i got banned, "its not disturbing".​

    it wasnt a porn spray
    we established this, like a whole 30 minutes before i got banned

    On round 3 of Innocent model I was asked by a moderator if your spray was allowed, I checked the spray and proceeded to tell the mod that it wont get your a direct ban, but that it was borderline Pornography and Graphically disturbing, so I would warn you instead of directly banning you, which I did, I removed the spray and warned you not to use it again.

    After mapchange, I got a message from the other mod, telling me you were using it again, and I was about to check it just as it happened that you decided to spray it infront of me.
    And since I had already warned you not to use it, and you decided to disregard the warning just to spray it again due to our disagreement, it got yourself a ban.

    At first I admit I had only banned you for 2 weeks as I at that time hadnt realised you were a repeat offender, you have been banned for using innapropiate sprays, 4 times in the past.

    Due to you ignoring the warning instead of simply trying to discuss it with me, as well as your previous offenses. I do not see a reason to unban you.
    Just because your spray shows a fully nude Hillary clinton spreading her legs with Donald Trump's face as her Vagina, doesnt show any genetelias, doesnt mean that it cant be warned for being borderline or innapropiate.
    If it had Directly broken the porn rules by showing genetelia you wouldnt have been warned, but instead have been banned imediately.

    Also just because some of the people you asked supported the spray, doesnt mean that it isnt disturbing other players, nor does it mean that it wasnt disturbing at all.

    And for refference, the reason why Frostbite got warned for posting here, is cause he contributed nothing to the appeal, he may have been on the server when it happened, but his post contributed nothing at all o.o
    Also a note that Gavvy is a relatively new player to the server as well, he just bought Elite, thats all o.o

    Also just to make sure the warning for the spray wasnt out of line, I asked the opinion of other admins and Leads, and they agree with the action taken.
