That is incorrect, as I do this, all the time. If you have a decoy, your blip is with it, not on your person. I do not speak on a topic if it is not something I have experienced myself. My side-hoe Death and I tested it, I was mistaken/wrong.

I wouldn't mind if the Decoy self-destructed or de-activated, but letting people get DNA from it with a scanner is a big NO from me.
It just doesn't make sense for an object meant to distract the detective from you, to allow a detective to discern your identity. Why should it show DNA?
