    With weed becoming recreationally legal in several states, and medically legal in most, can we begin discussing it?

    If not, can we discuss it when it becomes fully legal in all states?

    Should mention that weed is legal in most countries.

    I believe this has been answered before, with the outcome being that since a majority of states have legal weed in some form, discussions about it are allowed
