Daily quests/missions

It would be cool if there were daily quests such as kill 3 traitors or kill a traitor with a shotgun (just examples). This would prob be hard to maintain as it would have to be updated everyday but it would be cool having that in and reward players with points when completing it.

Well there's no other way to buy points except for upgrades in non nilla

 

Yeah and as reward you get a crate

Or your quest could be do play TTT seriously.

Edit: cause if you have a quest to kill T's i gurantee i smell some massive rdm coming your way, andyou already get extra points for killing Ts

 

If this were to be implemented (Hopefully) a good challenge would be a pacifist round challenge, basically you gotta win while not killing anyone.

How would the server know what is a "rightfull" kill

 

Inno killing a T
T killing a inno
D killing a T
now RDM would be handled normally and hopefully it won't incentivize peeps to kill for points

 

If I kill someone for tbaiting it's also a "rightfull" kill

 

yeah but a program/bot won't know that, that's why it's basic

Im not for or against but just cause one place does quests doesn’t mean a server is copying if anyone else does them.

 

Im just saying that people will def rdm just to finish the quest

You could add it so it only completes for valid kills aka inno killing t, t killing inno, d killing t

 

I think there should be personal randomly generated daily quests and server wide weekly quests

 

eh that takes away one of sgm core morals which is to be a serious form of TTT , quests or missions can divert the natural flow of gameplay, taking nells example "win a round without killing anyone" means almost meta gaming, traitors are already at a disadvantage , people using guns they arent comfortable with just to get points, again making them likely to do baldy
