Changes to Premium Keys
Since we have launched the Minecraft Server and the corresponding Premium Crates, we have had numerous amounts of issues regarding lost keys and keys not registering. Before today, it has been very difficult for us to validate when a user claims an issue with their keys; the process we used was tiresome and not well thought out. Today, we are going to be releasing changes to the how the Premium Key System works, here is how:

• When you purchase a key, each key will have an assigned Unique Serial Number
• When you use your key, it registers in our database that it has been used. (Any duplication glitches will prevent any duped keys from ever working)
• If you claim that you key was lost/never attained, we can reissue keys without worrying that they have already been redeemed.

Regarding Old Keys
If you have any Premium Keys that have been purchased before 20 February 2017, you will need to get them replaced with updated premium keys. They look like this:

On 25 February, 2017, all Non - Serial keys will fail to open a Premium Crate, so if you do not use your keys by then, please contact myself or Highwon, and we will reissue a key with a Serial Number.
