the new rdm report popout is way to fast for some one to answer beacuse it appear after you die but if you make to the end of the round you wont have time to reply and so get kill at the begining of the round
blokops, if the user didn't get time to reply to it the staff member will investigate further. The time between the round end and the next round starting is more then enough to reply, and once you do that the staff member can investigate.
I'm going to be looking into what is causing this and hopefully fix it soon. When we tested it, it didn't pop up until the reported player died or round ended however we didn't try changing the state of the report in the manager so that might have been causing it.
