What's the best way to call a staff? Typing in the shoutout box? Or friending a staff member so you can message them whenever there is an issue in a server?
Messaging in shoutbox is the easiest way as staff often see this first, otherwise you would either have to open a forum conversation or add them on steam and hope they are there and not busy.
There is technically no best way to call for staff since staff have their own lives. However, there is few ways you can do to try and get staff member on a server (which you already listed). Request for staff on sb. Message a staff member to request for staff on a server on steam. Message a staff member on forum conversation. Hop on teamspeak, and ask if any of them can get on the server. In cases that staff are unavailable to come on, you can always make forum reports.
