Burnout is inevitable

So I've been an admin longer than the length of my first tenure back in 2014. I'm nowhere near as motivated to play as I was back then, but I still stuck around. As a mod I always resigned the moment I started feeling burnout, but it's not as easy to do when you have a team of mods under you.

Out of the 8 years SGM's been around I've had staff tenures in 5 of them and I enjoyed every bit of it, but it gets old after a while. I still felt that I was contributing enough outside of activity and I thought my mods were doing a fantastic job, but lately I've been involved less and less. Props to everyone that was on my team over the last 6 months.

I'm resigning, but you still might catch me in shoutbox every once in a while. I probably won't be on the servers much anymore though.
