Why you should be unbanned:

First of all, many other mods and upper staff have seen my profile picture, a cactus with breasts, and have not taken any action. The icon is not porn, it's fat and mammary glands on a cactus. This is a European server, I had at least thought, where breasts are shown in the newspapers and magazines because it's not porn. I don't think a low-end mod should use his temper to find any means necessary in getting rid of a player they dislike, which is what I am projecting happened. I feel, since I've been seen by many mods and upper staff members with my icon, that I should not have been banned for a pornographic profile picture. If the breasts were doing something more explicit or something explicit was upon the breasts, I can see how the porn can come in. I don't fully appreciate the idea that there is no warning at all either. I know it's in the rules, but a warning initially would be much better considering everyone has a differentiating opinion on what pornography is. A Christian mother would think cleavage on a woman is porn, thighs being shown is porn. Hell, a Muslim father would think a woman's upper calf is hardcore porn (I lived in Morocco, a Muslim country, I'm not stereotyping, these are real events in the real world.)

If one person out of many can determine what is wrong and what is right, then what is the point of having a wide staff? Who's opinion weighs more if multiple higher-ups have conflicting ideas on what porn is?

Point is, I should not have been banned by one upset mod over my icon when many other mods and admins have seen it and haven't done a thing. It's not like they don't see it, I voice 24/7, and have made quite some friends among staff.

I do hope to be unbanned, or in the least, given some opportunity to change my icon, which I hope isn't the case considering my dear friend drew it.​

Evidence of Innocence:

It's a beyond simple sketch of a cactus with a pair of breasts. Now, if I must retaliate with some french magazine covers, especially the ones in international airports with breasts plastered all over the covers, I will.

P.S. American boys love giggling and taking pictures of the French magazine covers because to them it's porn and dirty. Different culture, different minds.​
