Bring back ratings on ban appeals/reports

+1 i've been forum banned for commenting so i wan't a way to give my opinion without a ban

 

I mean I get it but if we can't comment on the reports either, is there much of a point?

 

-1 Don't want to discourage people from posting appeals or reports because they're afraid they'll get ratings bullied

 

I would +1, but the suggestion will be denied regardless so

you should even be allowed to post on them but you have to be funny in order to do so if you aren't funny you get banned
